Igoudala for the #3

From Chad Ford's latest chat:
Iguodala is available ... and if they could get in the Top 3, they would be able to add a big man. I think the Sixers regret passing on Derrick Favors or DeMarcus Cousins in last year's draft. This could help rectify it. I'd have serious interest if I were the Jazz or Cavs. Iguodala is under rated. Warriors and Clippers have also been trying to get him. If the Sixers are at 16, most likely they go big with a guy like Tristan Thompson, Markieff Morris or Nikola Vucevic. Kenneth Faried is also a possibility here.
Maybe Igoudala and Speights for the #3 would work

I wouldn't do that unless the 12 pick moved up in some way.
We're already so young, it would probably be better to keep the 3 and let the guys grow up together.

I am not sure that him and his contract fit in well to what we want to do. I wouldn't give up the third for him.

I'd do it, but there would have to be more to the deal. Iggy/Jrue #16 for Memo/Harris/C.J. #3. I realize that might be asking too much from Philly, but we are taking on a huge contract and giving up a top 3. They won't need Jrue if they take Knight. If not Jrue Maybe Speights or Lou Williams, seems like one of Jrue or Lou would have to go. I have a feeling Harris is out though. What is the general consensus on Jrue Holiday so far. I've heard people say he sucked, and others say he was the biggest reason they made the playoffs.
Jrue, Earl
Hayward, Raja, Singleton/Jimmer/Burks(whoever is available at 12)
Iggy, AK(if resigned), Evans
Favors, Milsap, Morris, Faried, Biyombo, DoMo(whoever is available at 16)
Big Al, Fes(if resigned)

On talent its a great deal, the problem is his salary. We just got out from under our over-paid SFs bloated contract, we don't need to get right back into another. I would seriously consider spinning Al Jefferson for him. Hell, I might even sweeten the pot a bit to do it. But no way do you risk the chance to get a young stud at a cheap price tag to overpay a very good vet. You only do that deal if you're in the hunt for a championship and over paying for Iggy can get you over the hump.
I love him and would be pumped to have him. But unless the Sixers can somehow take Al AND Raja off our hands to do it, it's just not worth the $$$

viewtopic.php?f=33&t=1118209Soul Patch's idea for a trade with Philly is probably the only way I'd be interested in Iggy.

You guys have bought in to this draft as if it was a really great draft but remember its not. If the NBA has a year long lock out most these player's drafted in the 1st round will be in the d league making big first round money they never should have

They don't get paid if there is a lock out. I am not sure how the D League will work if there is a lock out.
