If this is suppoesed to be such a week draft, then why are the Lakers, Spurs, and others offering top players to move into the lottery?

Because top picks are available in this draft because it is so weak.

Because this is a contending teams dream! A draft full of good role-players. It is only weak in the top 5 or so because there arent any automatic allstars. everywhere else it is a good draft. THat is why those contenders want to move up.
