Is it possible that the front office chose to tank the draft in order to make leaving Sacramento after this season all the easier for them?
If it's not intentional, why was draft day so poorly executed, and who should be heald responsible?

2nd situation: Kings fans say draft day was a disaster. The Kings made a big trade centered around drafting Jimmer.
