i think i remember this guy...

Image

when i was a kid, i had a poster of him as a cartoon. he was waving a puerto rico flag with one hand, and had a ball under the other arm. it was one of those free posters the salt palace gave away for free if you arrived to the games early enough.

I watched him at Oregon State and his limited time with the Jazz. Im pretty sure he was a Jazz 1st round pick that did nothing for them. In this world, it is so easy to go from the penthouse to the outhouse.

Earlier in the day I had added Jose Ortiz's latest adventure to the Kanter Compared to Former Jazz Centers post and some new stuff about Felton Spencer and Rafael Araujo.

I guess Jose was expecting unwelcomed visitors since he had an assault rifle and forty rounds of ammo ready to go.

I didn't see any mention of an assault rifle, just ammunition. No doubt he was going to spark up, set it all off and hope a round or two nailed a narc.

Unless he just couldn't resist a sale on AR-15 ammo at Walmart, either he or someone else living there in the cabin had one or two of them.

Maybe he was waiting for Walmart to put the AR-15's on sale so he could buy one to go with the ammo!
