I'm pretty sure Utah can't get alts until 2012/13.

Also, they had these jerseys in the beta of 2K11, along with inaccurate depictions of the new Jazz blues.

Well, they were kind of like the powder blue alts Utah used to have, but green.

The rule used to be 2 years until alt jerseys, but Randy Rigby (Jazz President) was on the radio last month and announced that the Jazz WOULD be introducing an alternate jersey this season. He wouldn't confirm it would be the green design, but he didn't deny it either. I fully expect a green version of the Jazz's jersey this year, unless they get really bold and introduce a home gold jersey (which I think would be much cooler).

sweet! I think last year we had some leaks about the uniform before they came out and I would guess NBA2K12 had access to the general color/design (much like the energy solutions floor..course they got that wrong last year with the two color wood tone..hope they fixed that..)

But I'm looking forward to it.. green with a yellow/blue stripe. I don't see a giant white stripe down the side.. looks better.. cleaner the better.

(also I don't think the 2 year rule applies if you use retros as alternates.. maybe it does but I do believe they were coming out this year as well)

I think ESA should just add the two tone. Looked so good.

I would never wear a gold jersey. We'd be like that one team

I think its sad that Al Jefferson is the face of our franchise. Im not here to dog on Al...Im sure he may make the playoffs with someone someday....but it feels like we're the new Timberwolves. Rookie coach? Check. Incompetent management? Check. Dwindling small-town fanbase? Check. Al Jefferson? Check.

Our fanbase has never dwindled and our management is great. I also like some of the things Corbin was doing with Hayward off the curl...plus we have hope (Hayward/Kanter/Favors/Burks/2012 GS 1st/2012 UT 1st if in lottery) we are nothing like the Timberwolves.

Seriously the 'Sota comparisons are wacky. Rookie coach? Yes. Incompetent management? They got Harris, Favors AND Kanter for a years worth of Deron. Ask Toronto or Cleveland if our management seems incompetent. Dwindling small-town fan base? I'd like to see where this is coming from.

And I know it doesn't necessarily count, but Big Al has made it to the playoffs.
