Jazz Roster so far...

Post#1 » by jazzfan1971 » Sat Dec 10, 2011 7:31 am

PG - Devin Harris/Earl Watson/Jamaal Tinsley
SG - CJ Miles/Alec Burks/Raja Bell
SF - Gordon Hayward
PF - Derrick Favors/Paul Millsap/Jeremy Evans
C - Al Jefferson/Memo/Enes Kanter

13 guys so far. Looking like we need a backup SF. Someone that'll sign for cheap for 2 years or less.

Any guesses?

Rasual Butler or Luc Mbah a Moute probably. I've liked what I seen out of Paul Carter though, hope he can show potential and make the roster.

I like Luc Mbah a Moute but his lack of a jumpshot is bad for this team. We need more shooters.

Barring a trade, I think we have to assume Jeremy Evans makes the transition to SF. With his build, he'll never stick as a PF, but the kid has an ok jumper and obviously has the athleticism needed.

I agree and CJ can play some SF as well.

I imagine he'll be primarily playing there, with Hayward at the 2.

Definitely need to add a player at the SF for depth with this upcoming season.

Apparently Utah made an offer to Josh Howard

First Tinsley, now Howard?

Powershift! Well... 2005 powershift.

I'd love to get him though, if he's 2 years or less he'd be a terrific fit. I guess it's pretty clear AK is gone now.

I'm pretty sure Sap will get minutes at the 3.

Howard is a talented player...... I doubt he accepts the offer though..... I'd imagine he wants to play for a contender, and I can't see the Jazz offering him a lot of money......
