Honestly, who is the leader of this team right now? It was obvious it was Deron before he got traded, but some of his leadership didn't always work out for us.
So who's going to be the leader of this team? I don't want to hear that it's Coach Corbin either. I think we need a leader if these guys want to make a playoff push. Is it Jefferson? Who is it?

For now, I think it's Jefferson..... By the end of the year, I think it will be Hayward......

I actually think its Harris. He is the only vocal leader on the team and probably the only player on the team who is guaranteed to start. God help us!
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

Maybe our PG rotation in general.
Harris/Watson/Tinsley are all veterans, and played a lot of minutes, plus PG's are natural leaders. Apparently Tinsley was doing well mentoring younger guys in the D-League, maybe he's grown up some.

I think Jefferson for sure... it's a crap shoot between Harris, Millsap and... CJ Miles.
I think Hayward and Favors want to be the leaders but they're not ready for it yet.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I think your leader has to have a better command of the English language than Memo has.
I think Hayward may be team captain in the future, but this year I think Bat's right: PG rotation.
