I think D-Will did eniugh to get it retired. Doesn't make it off limits while hes playing for someone ekse though.

It is not how long you played for a team, but how you played for the team, that made your number retired. For some players it is 10 years, for some players just a year, and for some players years are not enough.

It's not all, from what i know JhO really doesn't like Williams, so i think that he took that number to mess little bit with our ex pg.
