Raja Bell is the new Jarron Collins

Why is it that every single Jazz fan in the world can see that Raja Bell (just like Jarron Collins a few years ago) does not deserve a single minute on the court barring 8 other injuries, yet Coach Corbin continues to start him? Obviously Jarron must have had compromising pictures of Jazz offcials (its the only logical scenario for his playing time over the years). My theory: Raja bought those pics from Jarron and is blackmailing his way onto the court. I challenge anyone else to come up with a theory that makes more sense. Happy New Year RealGM Jazz board!

At least Jarron did things like play defense and set screens. Raja can't keep up with his man anymore, and his offensive production is 0.

Absolute scrubs getting minutes at C are actually a common thing in the NBA. Not at SG. This is a lot worse.

His shooting percentages:
29%/14%
I'd give you a free-throw percentage, however in the 80 minutes he's played so far this year he doesn't have a single trip to the line.

Burks has more points in about a quarter of the minutes...... That's insane...... Even if all those points came in garbage time...... It's still insane......

LOL!
"I would like to be a shooting a higher field-goal percentage," said the 12-year veteran, who's shooting 29.4 percent. "But, ultimately, I don't think it really matters if I make or miss my three shots in a game."
"I think I'm doing a good job defensively."
Apparently Corbin agrees with you. Wow. This is not a good sign...

Raja is simply great by being out there, its hard to call it playing as he is not doing that, but he is out ther on the floor as starter to earn his mo

Ultimately it doesn't matter, no. Eventually the universe will succumb to heat death and there will be no life anywhere nor any record that Raja Bell once shot 29.4% for a crappy professional basketball team on a tiny little planet called Earth tucked in a small spiral arm of the Milky Way.
But for anyone who cares about the present -- and specifically cares about the Jazz winning basketball games -- I would think it does matter if he hits those three shots or not.
