GSW 2012 Pick

Just wondering what it would take get the GSW 2012 pick. It's Top 7 protected 2012-13. Utah still owns their 2012 pick so I was wondering what it would take to get it.

Bargnani for GSW 2012 1st for starters? If you guys trying to dump Jefferson, I'd take him too.
