Coach of the First Quarter: Tyrone Corbin

Jazz sit 14th on the recent Power Rankings.

John Schumann has this to say:

The Jazz are 9-2 in January, with only two three-point losses to the Lakers and Mavs. Overall, they're 10-5 with two starters shooting under 40 percent and with only one of their seven most-used lineups outscoring their opponents. Tyrone Corbin is making it work, earning the Coach of the First Quarter award.

Even better, he has GS sitting perfectly in the 9 spot. This year is just full of refreshing surprises.
