Face it... Millsap is a chump.

Post#1 » by QuantumMacgyver » Fri Feb 3, 2012 6:28 pm

Let's face it guys. Millsap can't handle it. We need to get rid of him now. The more time he spends on the court the worse off the Jazz are! Sure he had some good, maybe even great games through out nearly the ENTIRE month of January, but what has he done this week?!

He obviously can't handle big minutes. If we are going to even bother playing him, he needs to get less than 26 minutes to be able to perform. For instance last night against GSW he played WAAAAAAAY too many minutes!!!!(29) and look at his crap line.
15p-11r-2a-1s on 7 of 12 shooting.

WHAT IS THIS CRAP?!!!!!! And look at his garbage numbers through the last week.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Why is Corbin still coaching. Look at this crap!

Trade Millsap, fire Corbin, and bring D-Will back! Is that too much to ask for?!

Get it?

Yeah yeah, your internet sarcasm is not lost on me. He will be fine, and the Jazz would be a bottom dweller without him.

I do agree that Millsap should get less minutes, but not because I'm concluding based off the last two games that he simply can't handle playing big minutes. I just think limiting key players' minutes is generally a wise course of action this season and, especially given the frontcourt depth that we have and the youth we need to develop, it would be a wise course of action in regards to Millsap.

Otherwise, I agree with you. I figured Millsap wouldn't be able to sustain the insane level of play he was giving us earlier in the season, but he'll be fine. He's still our best player by a good margin. Two or three games can't change that.

Milsap is the type of 6th man you have on a championship team. The problem is not Milsap it's his role on the team.

Can you name a single 6th man in NBA history other than Manu who produced at the level of Millsap on a title team?

...And if he's a sixth man, what does that make the rest of this team? D-League players?

The problem is not his numbers per say, it's the way he playes when he's worn down. He is sluggish, tentative and horrible on D. The fact that he is a leader on the team, we need him to always bring it when he's on the court. It energizes our whole team. We need that from him everytime he steps on the court.

Millsap should be your 3rd best player on your team. Right now he is our best player. Either he or Jefferson need to be traded. They dont rebound or play defense enough to play alongside each other for long stints of time. I might be calling Portland who loves Millsap to get Matthews back along with another player or pick.

SG is the least of our worries right now. We need better SF and PG play. Getting rid of one or both of Harris and Miles should be the priority right now.

Definitely we need a real younger point guard. We can offer harris, Miles, Bell and golden state pick or just use Okur money and trade others for a real small forward or sign Kirlinko and still trade harris and whatever for a point guard. Its kiilling us

I will be happy to be the first to be the second of the 257th person to endorse acquiring Rajon Rondo.

It's a given fact Millsap and Al, Kanter and Favors can't play togheter. They are redundant.

Guess what...the minute you don't need either Karl Malone or Milsap give them to us! We'll take them.

Your ownership are fools...Karl Malone was not too "unreliable and unstable" to win that team 50-55 games for 15 years coming from the ABA was he?

Miller is being asinine. I'm sorry who does he think he is kidding. Karl Malone and John Stockton and Jerry Sloan IS THE UTAH JAZZ.

And dont he forget it.

Excellent deal....That would be a boon for your team. Give the Celtics what they want.
