No Leader

The problem with the Jazz is there is no leader on this team. A leader is someone who can take a team on the road and direct it to the winning style it does at home and until we get a player that can do this we are not going to make the playoffs. Unless we see some change in our current players attitude or a trade to bring one in I think we have seen the Jazz peak and will only be down hill from here.
Harris-Has no idea who he is right now and cannot lead a team when he can even lead himself
Al Jefferson- Is to selfish to be a leader of the team. If he would learn to take advantage of the double team and not take the ball every time he is double his teammates would trust him and beleive that he will make the extra pass and be more involved in team play.
Millsap- Not able to keep up with the competitiveness that requires to be a leader. He is our hardest working player on the team.
Watson- He is the closet thing you got to a leader on this team but a leader cannot come off the bench.
No other player has enough experience to be a leader.
