KOC is drafting up his max contract, but he's been having a hard time with why Kirilenko's agent keeps demanding that a "free pass" is added in there somewhere

I heard that he's staying in Russia until next season. I would imagine that there is going to be some contenders that will give him a call before the PO's but all indications are that he's not coming back till next year.

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/7410072/andrei-kirilenko-finish-season-russia-cska-moscow
"During this month I considered different options, weighting out all pros and cons, and I came to the conclusion that I should finish this season with CSKA," Kirilenko said, according to CSKA's website. "We've developed great team chemistry, the real team in the first part of the season. It would be inappropriate to stop halfway. It would be unfair toward my teammates and, more importantly, toward fans. I know how many people count on me."

I also remember him getting a broken nose and a concussion in a game back in like early December or something but haven't heard anything lately. From looking at the CSKA standings they are playing well in all the leagues/tournaments they are in.

Kirilenko will not return to NBA this season.

His team is now at the final 8 of the Euroleague, and unless a miracle happens it will be at the final four.
He is the leading star of the team, in a way he is LBJ or Kobe of European basketball.

For the next year, he is keeping his options open, but in some cases it may be better to be a big fish at a small pond. :-)
