Jazz Patriarch

Post#1 » by StocktonShorts » Sat Mar 17, 2012 4:50 pm

The thought occurred to me today that the Jazz have always had (in my memory at least) a patriarchal figure: an elder who provides leadership, discipline, wisdom and perspective. The Utah market seems especially keen to anoint such a figure.

There was Frank, then Larry, then Jerry assumed that role after Larry's health started to diminish. But who is it now?

Is KOC the closest thing we have?

Love that guy.

But yes, I do believe KOC is the closest thing we have.
