I expect a close game, but we are going to get killed at the point position.

I pretty sure we lose this one and I would be totally impressed with the Jazz if we win this one. Clearly, Big Al going to start and somehow Favors is going to come off the bench. Amazing, the best player on the team and the future of the franchise is regulated to the bench to avoid hurting Big Al and Millsap's feelings.

At least, Corbin said that Big Al's minutes are going down for more minutes for Favors. Miles going to start for some reason. At least, he plays well in Utah.

Tough decision for Corbin. He will likely start Miles bc of the naked pictures he has of Corbin with Sloan. Who does he start with Miles at the other wing position. Normally, Hayward would start but Jazz trying to keep Hayward away from Jefferson so he has the ball in his hands more often. I think starting Burks makes most sense. I can also see Millsap playing some SF (10 min) as well especially because Corbin needs to find more minutes for Favors.

Sounds like Corbin is starting Hayward. Said he considered going with Carroll to keep Gordon in his normal rotation spot. Sometimes Ty would be better served not to share his thought process with the press.

I'd like to see DeMarre get some minutes so that we at least know what we have.

That's a move Sloan used to do back in the day; start the third stringer so as not to disrupt both the first and second units. Even if Carroll got the start I'm sure Hayward/Burks/CJ would have gotten the bulk of the minutes.

carroll gets beat on defense twice...why is he playing so much? Sometimes Corbin forgets to substitute. We have serious coaching issues!

Agree with harp, CJ has been really good defensively lately.

Great defense in the first half, decent offense.

Jazz need to get Hayward involved in the offense more. He's one of the best playmakers they have.

And I'll say it for the 100th time: it's really hard to watch this team when they resort to Big Al ball. It's not going to work against the Thunder.
