Good evening guys as twolves fan i just wanted to say i love the assets and direction the jazz are going, you guys will be a good for along time with all those young guns.

The purpose of my post is regarding Enes Kanter, i havent seen much of him this year and wondering from the little time he gets how does he look? and what is the buzz around him for the future?

great rebounder, good posy up moves, good defender, but has no lift off the floor thus has to pump fake often to get his shot off. He is also a poor passer. I could see the Jazz packaging him in the off season with Millsap or Jefferson if they can get their much needed PG.

A year went by. and most Jazz fans cant even really make out what we got out of a damn #3 pick. Ugh. The way this team handles rookies is pathetic. Think about this, Demare Carroll has played 2 20+ minute games over the last 3 games, Kanter meanwhile has only played 7 20+ minute games for the season, and his minutes have declined month by month! Kanter's season high is 23 minutes, Carroll had 26 minutes against the Rockets! I know we can't throw a kid at the wolves, but we are throwing Al Jefferson at them who refuses to play defense and more often than not turns in an inefficient shooting night. I will never understand this organization. KOC gets the job done, but everybody else has their heads up their ass. It's tradition or something, reminds me of the movie Moneyball TBH. Scared to think outside the box.

Oh and don't get me started with Favors, second year in and we still aren't giving this kid big minutes when he deserves them.

Kanter will be fine. The people crying over his playing time/production will be satisfied by this time next year. The guy didn't play any basketball at all last year for UK. He is and always was a bit of a project. It's true he does not play above the rim but he has good instincts on D and nice touch on offense. If I have one serious bitch it's that he constantly brings the ball down to gather himself.

Kanter is also very old school as far as fight/toughness. This guy is the most brutal Jazz player I have seen since Malone and I am not kidding at all. IMO this quality is what he was drafted on.

Before last year's draft I was a lot higher on JV than EK but now I don't know. This guy in his little time on the court has been winning me over. I think with a real offseason we might see something special next year.

Kanter is 2x better than that skinny skilless jonas Valfdgfdgfdgdf, Jonas cant score except its wide open around the rim, hes a foul prone on defense, he couldnt even carry his team to euro league Furkan aldemir whos another Turkish player simple destroyed him in Euro league playoff game,just like how Kanter destroyed Jonas in junior Tournaments

Okur = One time NBA Champion (2004), One time NBA All-Star(2007) one of the best bigman shooter in NBA history and Last time i checked nobody hated Okur in any team

Turkoglu = Carried orlando to NBA finals with Howard before he left orlando to sign with raptors, won MIP award, only Raptor fans hates Hedo bcuz he didnt wanna stay there

Stop trolling. Kanter is fine, His rate is good and rkg and eff is good too. I dont like his D but even there he is mediocre so not bad (still moves his feet and adjust too slow in pick'n'rolls). His rebounds is good. He has the sense where the ball falls. Seems like a strong and a good player.

Was he actually worth of the 3rd... Hmm future will tell, right now he is digged deep in the stacked Jazz frontcourt.

With no lift and not that great height/wingspan he looks still like a solid Pf and not the C though.

But he is not a bust. He isnt the ROY candidate either but again he simply gets too little PT to tell who he really is. I like what I have seen from him but its a pity he doesnt have much PT.

We dont know how Val will look in NBA. He might be the biggest bust, though looking at how his game is improving at an incredibly rapid pace it doesn't seem likely as Val is playing really greta this season but overseas is still overseas...

I dont think Jazz made a mistake taken Kanter as third. I would have done it too and I like Val more than Kanter due to his higher ceiling but Kanter looks more solid and less bust likely than Val who is high risk and high reward sort of rookie. So all and all Jazz did not make a mistake. Cleveland did though. Should have taken Val with 4th, but thats another story.

Maybe eventually Jazz will regret it but right now we havent seen enough to decide still.

Kanter will improve in his 2nd and 3rd year. He has a great desire to be his best, strong motor, will work non stop.

Anyone who wants to give up on hjim now is a tard who could never be a GM.

One thing is certain.....he is a strong rookie, he never backed down, you cannot shove him out of the way or bully him, he is TOUGH, he has a STRONG DESIRE TO BE GOOD.

That will make him be great...many young guys are lazy and do not want to pay the price to be their best.

After a summer of weightlifting and working on his offense......this 19 year old will be much stronger and better.

He acknowledged that he's a bit of a bull in a china shop right now but they like his direction. He's not going anywhere unless a superstar is involved.

Ever heard of Sabonis, Ilgauskas, Marciulionis? Lithuania's NT played only in period 1937-1939, and after occupation since 1990. Olympics- bronze in 1992, 1996 , 2000, EC- gold in 1937, 1939 , 2003 , silver 1995 ( f@@@ you Stankovich ), bronze 2007, Bronze in 2010 WC. And home WC silver won refs for you, not you. KOC and Sloan both praised eric maynor and loved his development during the season. Of course that same season KOC salary dumped him and now we could desperately use him. Kanter won't be traded anytime soon but I'm just saying it doesn't matter what he says.
