This is a real simple trade.
All that new Orleans has to do is make sure that Golden State Warriors win on April 24th. What could we offer NOH in return. A future second rounder seems like too high of a price, and "cash considerations" is pretty much non-viable.
I realize that none of this would be legal, but the 2012 GSW half of a season (4-23) tank should be illegal! How about we just owe NOH a favor in the future, if they make sure that Golden State wins the upcoming game between them, so that the Jazz can have a better chance at getting the GSW pick?

Just like Golden State isn't tanking, we are not conspiring with New Orleans and Minnesota. My comments like Joe Lacobs were an innocent mistake and are being misinterpreted.
As a side note, why and the heck did they re-do the Chris Mullin jersey retirement ceremony? I know that the first one was a disaster because of Joe Lacob trying to MC it, but isn't that like having a birthday party twice within a month, and then inviting mostly the same people?
