Bell as part of Howard Trade

Quick Question Jazz Fans... I have been overseas and missed some of the discussion but is there any chance the Jazz can become of the Howard trade and be that 3rd or 4th Team and use Bell in the trade. If the lakers want Dwight and need another team and bell is been looked at by the Lakers why not us get involved... Any players from the deals that could help us
