Well, every year there are a few Olympic athlete's competing in the women's division that give reason to suspect perhaps they're competing with the wrong group..

This year's poster child for why gender testing should still be part of the Olympics is Nadezhda Ostapchuk, the alleged women from Belarus who won the shot put gold medal.

Caster Semenya is back and she (?) allegedly passed the gender test three years ago.

If the alleged women from Belarus passed a gender test in my lab, I would have the equipment replaced!

From SI Former cycling champion Tammy Thomas seemed to be in the midst of shaving her face when an Olympic drug tester paid her an unannounced visit in 2002, according to testimony Wednesday in her trial on perjury charges.

Thomas had a deep voice, full beard, chest hair and even signs of male pattern baldness, Dr. Margaret Weirman testified.

After Thomas quit cycling she cleaned up and looks pretty normal now. (see pic) Unfortunately due to her perjury problems she lost her law license so she's probably thinking about going back on the juice.

The good news is Thomas did not have any equipment changes which may not be the case with Nadezhda Ostapchuk. I hope Nadezhda can find a good man--a blind one living on a ranch way outside of town.

Well, gender testing may no longer be in the Olympics, but drug testing is.

Shot putter Nadzeya Ostapchuk of Belarus became the first athlete to be stripped of a medal at the London Olympics after her gold was withdrawn Monday for doping.

So they caught the women's shot put champ using roids, or maybe someone saw her pee in the cup standing up!

She looks like Nigel Tufnel.
