Between getting young guys (Favors, Kanter, Hayward, Burks) time to play/develop and maintaining playing time for the older/new guys (Millsap, Foye, 2 Williams) to keep egos from becoming a problem, how do you want/expect to see minutes distributed this year? I'm hoping something like this:
Jefferson (25) / Kanter (16) / Favors (7)
Favors (23) / Millsap (20) / Jefferson (5)
Millsap (10) / Williams (25) / Hayward (13)
Hayward (17) / Foye (18) / Burks (13) / Murphy (garbage time)
Williams (30) / Watson (15) / Burks (3)
Biggest drop in minutes is for Foye from where he has been. Millsap and Jefferson also drop 3-4 mpg, but are even with Favors. Burks at PG may be a stretch, I just couldn't find anywhere else to get minutes for him at. I'd like to see this starting lineup with Marvin coming in for whichever of the big men is struggling that night. This also gives 30 minutes each to Jefferson, Favors, Millsap, Hayward, and Mo.

From everything I've read, Foye is the back-up PG.

I think that's a good way to start the season. It gives everyone a chance to show what they can do. I expect it to look something like this though:
Jefferson (33)/Kanter (15)
Millsap (23)/Favors (25)
Williams (26)/Hayward (12)/Millsap (10)
Hayward (18)/Burks (18)/Foye (12)
Williams (30)/Watson (13)/Foye (5)

Ah, that makes it a bit easier then. For some reason I had it in my mind that he was more of a wing.

I really don't think you are too far off with Foye being a wing. I think Mo Williams has the PG locked up so he will need some playing time else where.
PG: Mo (32), Foye, (12) Watson (2), Tinsley (2)
SG: Foye (26) Hayward (14), Burks (8,could take some of Haywards and Foye's minutes depending on matchups),
SF: Marvin (28), (Hayward (5), Sap (15, match ups mainly), Carroll (only with injuries or match ups etc)
PF: Favors (31), Sap (17), Evans (only in garbage and injuries)
C: Al (30), Kanter (18)
Tough call but Sap or Hayward make for a strong bench and one of them wins 6th man of the year award.

Your Hayward thoughts are extremely confusing. He's only good enough to play 19 Minutes (behind Randy Foye!), but is in line for 6th Man of the Year (does anyone win 6th Man playing so few minutes?), but is at risk of losing even MORE minutes.
Aside from Hayward being way better than that (opinion, but sort of fact), there's really nothing one could point to to suggest it's a plausible possibility based on how the Jazz organization views him.
... and 38 minutes for Randy Foye?
If Randy Foye leads this team in minutes next year, we're in deep, deep trouble.

However they distribute it will be too few for our four young guys and you will hear it from me and most everyone all season.

Jefferson (36) / Kanter (12)
Millsap (26) / Favors (22) / Evans (0)
Ma. Williams (28) / Hayward (20)
Hayward (12) / Foye (24) / Burks (12) / Murphy (0)
Mo Williams (36) / Tinsley or Watson (12)
Some reasons:
-I still don't think Millsap can play the 3.
-I expect Foye to be the undersized scoring guard off the bench.
-One point guard, with one backup point guard, is the most stable lineup. It's Tinsley's spot to lose right now.
-Burks looked ready to play in the summer league.
-I don't like splitting Hayward's time at the 2 and 3. I'd rather see him get used to one position. But that's what we'll ask him to do with the additions of Marvin and Foye.
-Millsap and Favors will be in a deadlock until a trade goes down, or the season ends.
-It's a 10 man rotation. I prefer 8 man rotations, but I don't see one happening soon.

It's so hard to tell. We could all fall in love with Randy Foye after 5 games and demand he start at PG.

Don't worry, when we don't make the playoffs the front office will realize we need to play the young guys....

I just can't see Favors getting the same minutes he did last year. He'll get at least 25. Same goes for Burks. He should be getting 20 a night. We have too many guys who should get playing time.
At the end of the day, unless none of our top 4 young guys shows any improvement, which is very unlikely IMO, we're gonna have to trade a wing and a big man for picks or something. Or start trading our young players while they still have value.

If Kanter only plays 12 mins this season as you guys declared, which is means 2 mins less than his first year even ppl thought he should have gotten more minutes than 14 in his first year, then say goodbye to Kanter when his contract expires

Yeah, Kanter will probably get 16, with Jefferson getting 32. Hopefully he's ready for those minutes.

Well #1, Corbin told the salt lake tribune this week that tinsley and watson will be playing for backup pg minutes while Foye will be playing wing. Foye playing backup pg doesn't even make sense, he should never ever play any pg. This is worse than when people swore burks was gonna play some pg for us. No matter how hard you hope, Foye and Burks will not be playing pg barring major injuries .... drop it.
BTW, I just can't see jefferson or millsap playing less than 30 mins. I mean your trying to make the playoffs, your best players which are them gotta play major minutes to do that. Favors and Kanter have alot to prove, Favors for one was very inconsistent for most of the year even into April and many of you act like you forgot that. And when are you guys gonna drop the Millsap playing consistently at SF? Yea every now and then depending on the matchup he will play some SF but not on a cosnsistent game to game basis unless major injuries occur. Jazz fans do this every year and it never happens, drop it.
