Big Al/Millsap/Bell for Gasol/Blake Lakers save a ton of tax money like 90 million and get a much needed 6th man. Jazz get a solid (not under sized) player to play alongside Favors. Favors and Kanter get their needed minutes.

PG Williams Blake Foye
SG Hayward Foye Burks
C Gasol Kanter
PF Favors Gasol Evans
SF Williams Burks Carrol

Even your offer is arguable, the first part of your comment that it is a time for a trade is no way arguable, but truth. :(

At this point I'm almost cheering for a catastrophic start to the season in the hope it will force some significant changes.

Big Al, Millsap, Bell, GSW-1st for Gordon, Anderson, Warrick

Big Al and Millsap complements Anthony Davis' game well.
Anderson would fit well with both Favors and Kanter, imo.

Gives a chance for NOH to get good return/cap flexibility for an oft-injured Gordon.

Bell thrown in to relieve their logjam at frontcourt.

If EG doesn't pan out, at least the last year of his contract coincides with year Jazz extension of Kanter's and Burks' contracts kicks in.

JAZZ (this year, while EG recovers from knee injury):

Mo | EG
Hayward | Foye | Burks
Marvin | Hayward | Carroll
Anderson | Favors | Warrick | Evans
Favors | Kanter

Next Season:

EG | ???
Hayward | Burks
Marvin | Hayward
Anderson | Favors | Evans
Favors | Kanter

Eric Gordon is a point guard?

With Hayward more frequently on the ball than now this lineup can make sense.

PS.
Gasol is 32. No reason to get him even instead of picks.

As much as I like Eric Gordon, he's always injured, and has a horrific contract. No thanks.

4 games in and it's time to jump ship and blow it up... typical.

Ever heard of the Miami Heat? They were champions last year. And OKC? Don't tell me you believe Westbrook is a PG.

Eric Gordon is a playmaker. That's all you need in today's NBA.

Mario Chalmers plays PG for the Heat.

Not blowing it up but making the trade the Jazz needed to do in the off season. Big Al needs to go and he needs to go asap.

The time for a trade was a couple of weeks ago for Harden.

How about Big Al/Millsap/Mo for Pau/Blake/Duhon/Ebanks

Why anyone would want the contract of Gasol is beyond me. We aren't going anywhere if we trade for him. Maybe it gets us to the second round of the playoffs, but I'd much rather add some productive young players.
