Hah! I was at that game. You should've seen how dejected the C's fans were leaving that arena.
I also remember Perkins giving a hard foul to Deron late in that game.

At least I won't be pissed if we end up (which we will) losing this game. As long as we win one out of the next three we should be good. If we win this, it's just gravy at this point.

I want to see the big lineup today. Favors on Garnett, Big Al on Bass and Millsap on Pierce.

Randy Foye is reallu annoying me everytime he completly halts our movement to dribble one on one like 5 seconds to end up doing absolutly nothing and giving up the ball with little to no time on the shot clock. Why no Hayward?? And not a fan of his D so far either.

Iso-Foye seems like the worst way to use a possession.

Derrick Favors will likely finish this game leading the Jazz in FTA on the season.

Celtics get away with so many fouls. No wonder they play good "defense."

To be fair,we get a lot of the same calls at home.......

Foye should only be a finisher of plays, preferably catch and shoot situations. I don't want him making decisions with the ball. He makes bad plays, not a great dribbler or penetrator and he doesn't pass well.
Favors is great.

Or against the Raptors

To be honest I think a good defensive team gets the benefit of the doubt from the officials. It's a bit of a positive feedback-loop: reputation for good defense leads to getting calls; getting calls leads to better defense; and so on.
BTW: love this late first half run from the Jazz. Great to see Millsap and Marvin switching on the pick and roll.

As of right now Favors has 38 free throw attempts in 204 minutes.
Millsap is next with 37 in 271 minutes.
If he can knock them down at a 67% clip like he is tonight, he's going to be a very efficient player. I'm encouraged by his free-throw shooting: his misses aren't Dwight Howard or Shaq-bad. They're more like Tim Duncan's free throws (Duncan is a career 69% shooter).

Whatever the C's have gotten away with was made up for by that hilarious call on Marvin's blown dunk.
