Houston plays tonight vs Lakers.
We hope they will be tired tomorrow, because, altough we are a better team at home, we are playing really bad, and we are only winning vs teams who are a mess.

I realize that this was the starting lineup vs the Wizards, but it is a mess. Who in their right mind would force a PF to play out of position as a SF, and keep, arguably, three good SFs on the bench instead??

At what point do we give up on the hopes we had for this team just a few weeks ago, and start hoping that the team goes into a tailspin that will force management to get rid of Corbin?? Until very recently, I was willing to give Corbin the benefit of the doubt, but he is proving not worthy of such consideration.

What I'm hoping for is that management makes Corbin's job easier by trading away some players. Honestly I think that's what is hurting this team right now: Corbin has too many decent options, and it's making him look like he doesn't know what he's doing. Every move he makes can be second-guessed. He may truly not know what he's doing, but I don't think the Front Office has helped him very much with the moves they've made.

This lineup is a joke. I wish it wasn't real.

Hopefully Houston is tired because they're a nightmare matchup with Harden's pick-and-roll game and Asik's defense and size.

I think the biggest problem with the big lineup last game was that there were no facilitators. Foye and Mo are both scorers, and so there was nobody to get the offense going. Defensively they did pretty well, and a lot of the early rebounding disparity was due to long shots causing long rebounds.

Yes, Hayward or Tinsley have to be in the lineup.

I would love to start with Mo/Hayward/Millsap/Favors/Jefferson because it gives a huge amount of flexibility in who to bring in off the bench.

Do we need more speed/defense? Bring in Marvin for whichever of the three bigs is playing the worst. Do we need more shooting? Bring in Foye for anybody but Mo who is playing poorly. Is Jefferson or Favors sucking it up? Bring in Kanter.

This lineup would put our 5 most talented players in from the start, give us facilitating from Gordon, fast tempo from Mo, scoring from any of Mo/Hayward/Big Al/Millsap, and Favors anchoring the defense. The only big weakness would be faster SFs.

I hate Big Al starting but hate even more Foye starting. Does Corbin understand that 2/5 (40%) of his starting lineup have 2 players that are bottom 10% ability in defense in the NBA. Might as well start Tinsley and Murphy and play no defense whatsoever. This is an idioitic starting lineup by Corbin! Starting lineup should be:

PG Mo Foye Tinsley Watson
SG Hayward Burks Foye
C Favors Big Al Kanter
PF Millsap Favors Evans
SF Marvin Hayward Carroll

I could be wrong but I think you're better defensively with Al and Favors than with Millsap and Favors.

Tyrone Corbin.
I just want a starting lineup consistent of a PG, a SG, a SF, a PF and a C... is that too much to ask for coach?

Coach want an energetic start? Just throw Favors and Carroll with other 3 dudes out there.

My call would be Mo, Hayward, Carroll, Favors, Jefferson with Randy, Burks, Marvin, Millsap, Kanter as the second lineup. Tinsley here and there to put the ball where it has to be in some game situations.

bad PvR defense left favors exposed when he came to help causing him to foul. now he's on the bench for foul trouble. our PnR defense sucks.
