As a Bucks Fan, just seeing if you would have interest in Brandon Jennings

One trade that floating around on our board is:

Bucks get: Millsap and Burks
Jazz get: Jennings and Daly

You get you PG of the future, dont lose Millsap for nothing then you can go

Jefferson/Daly
Favors/Kanter
Williams/Carroll
Hayward/Williams
Jennings/Foye

Yeah, that's a starter I think. I think that Jennings/Millsap is pretty equal. Dalembert/Burke should include a protected pick for Utah, as the Jazz are giving up on a young guy for a player they have no long term interest in.

No pick, Millsap is a UFA, while Jennings is a RFA

I was the one who started that Jazz/Bucks thread on your board. On both Jazz message boards I've browsed, it seems like more and more people are warming up to the fact that a trade with you guys is the most realistic scenario, right now. There are just no other young point guards available. I for one would love Jennings. I think he's one of those misunderstood type players that just needs to be placed in a better culture to help him grow. On the Bucks, it seems like he was asked to do way too much, because of the lack of talent around him. In Utah, he would be asked to be more of a facilitator, and he would have more weapons to work with, especially in the low post.

As for your trade, I would be okay with that. It would be hard to give up Burks, but I see your point in that we'd be able to match any offer for Jennings in the off-season, and you could technically lose Millsap for nothing at the end of the season. So I see how giving you guys Burks would make it fair. I'd still probably rather give up one of our 1st round picks this year.

Another trade I came up with was Jennings/Dalembert/Udrih for Millsap/Mo Williams/Tinsley. I would throw in a 1st round pick here as well for you guys.
Jefferson/Dalembert
Favors/Kanter/Evans
Marv. Williams/Carroll
Hayward/Burks
Jennings/Foye/Udrih

Forget Jennings, No more little chuckers!!!! Free Kendall Marshall!!!

If we just have to settle for Jennings then I would just put our bid for him in the off-season and see what happens. No use of give up burks or a pick for him. Yes he may not wanna come to Utah but money talks.

Done deal but Bucks likely want the Jazz to add one of the 2 #1 picks this year and I say still done. Our PG play this is terrible and our biggest weakness. Only way Bucks decide to do this is bc they are unhappy with Jennings.

I'd prefer more of a facilitator, but for that package I would do it.

Our point guard play is terrible? Really?

It's not set for moving into the future. This move would make Jennings the man for the future. His flashy style and self confidence is not the typical player that makes long time Jazz fans feel like he's a great fit, but now a days, this kind of move makes some sense.

He was actually considered a true point guard coming out of high school. The passing skills are there, and I think that the desire is there as well to be a facilitator. Early this season he was actually like 2nd or 3rd in the league in assists for a couple of weeks. He actually admitted to studying a lot of Steve Nash film this off-season. I just think in Milwaukee, he has been asked to do way too much this early in his career. Which is why he shoots such a low percentage on a high volume of shots. In Utah, he wouldn't have all that pressure to carry the team. He'd have way more weapons here.

My thinking as well. I think it would balance both parties out. I think our culture would help him grow as a player, and I think our team could use a little of his "swag." I can't remember the Jazz ever having a player with that kind of brash confidence. I think we could us a little of that.

I don't like a lot of the trade suggestions, but this one makes sense even though I like Burks.

first of all we should see what Burks is capable of doing before trading him, then when it comes to whole idea of getting Jennings im not sure about it, under right/good coach maybe, in our situation not so much. Sloan was the guy who could transfer, if he would not kill him first :) , Jennings into all star type of pg, under corbin he will still be "little choker"

Jennings is the last PG on Earth that I'd want on the Jazz.
