Matthews is day to day, maybe he won't play.

If Mathews is out, they are really screwed trying to replace his minutes. If Ronnie Price is out, they are gonna have to find someone else to play his minutes, cause I think he was used for the small minutes that Lillard doesn't play. I always hated teams playing star players for 42 minutes, but hey there isn't no rule against it. Also they said Batum had a sore wrist which is why he didn't play good last night...their fools to play an injured player, cause he is gonna hurt himself even harder, they just thought it was more worth it to play him, then to heal him.

Even with them having the 4 point spread, I think our deepness will kill them. Kanter was not played at all last night (5 minutes isn't worth noting), his fresh legs and lack of minutes is gonna make him want a big night. Watson might be hurt, but I think were better off putting Burks on Lillard, then having Carroll cover their weakest shooter, so that carroll can help double team him.

We just can't afford to have Tinsley/Watson out their who don't shoot, and allowing Lilard to double team every guy who goes in the paint. I mean tinsley and watson also don't understand defense on the offense side. If you pass the ball, you don't stand there and let your man just go charging at your PF or C, you stick to him on both sides.

with Watson out (he didn't even make the trip..MRI shows stress fracture) we should see plenty of Burks tonight with... one true point guard: Tinsley. :o

I kind of asked for this. I didn't want watson hurt, I just wanted Burks to not be stunted, and to get the role he deserves, which is 2nd Unit Point Guard(I think Watson makes a better coaching staff than player, we should hire him to train young guys). I mean Burks doesn't have the shot of Foye from the 3pt, but he is ten times more versatile, and doesn't have the experience of Tins/Wats, but he has the athletic ability and shooting that they don't have. If they start training Burks to be PG, I see him fulfilling that role...

It also might give Murphy the minutes he deserves(burks old minutes), I mean every player deserves to get 10-15 minutes to prove themselves every week, and Murphys only chance with Hou, and he pulled in a good game. We usually toss in Murhpy for less than a minutes, and he is like a dog in a new a house, they go wild. But in this game he knew he was gonna play the rest of the quarter and got to have decent minutes, 9pt's in 12 mins(9 poitns in a quarter is great off the bench). The same goes for Burks, he is more tame when given more minutes. I see this as the thing we needed. Burks is a great player, and just needs more experience, and if were to keep Murphy, he needs minutes(its hard to say for

That also means we could have a Murphy sighting.

Marvin is finally brining that 1st quarter energy to make me now think he is good enough to keep his spot, cause he is matching Carroll's energy in the 1st, which is great cause now we got two guys with good production.

Jefferson is actually a sad excuse for a defender, I mean Hickson is getting rebounds over them, they damn there had 4 or 5 offensive rebounds in the same posession.

Marvin is really making me eat my own words...so damn hott...I hope Carroll can match him tonight, cause if they both have 10-5 type nights, this is gonna be a great game.

Here comes Lillards only 3 minutes of not playing....

I really hate how we can't close games.

We're a better team than them, even without Mo, Gordon and Earl... We should have won it.

Here's a scary thought - who the hell's our closer if we trade Jefferson or let him walk?
