Trade with Eye towards Draft- #1

Assumptions: Jazz are more interested in trading or not signing Milsap, and are interested in moving up in this draft.
Utah- Bynum, Maxiell (both expire this year) and swap one of their 2013 first round picks for Detroit's (today Detroit would have 9th pick).
Detroit- Milsap and one of Utah's 2013 picks.
The swap of picks could be something like if Detriot's pick is in the top 10-12, then Jazz give their best pick, but if Detroit falls out of top 10-12, then they get Jazz's second first round pick.
With the acquisition of Calderon and Rondo's injury, and possible break up of Boston's team, Detroit might see an opportunity to get into the playoffs this year with the help of a good PF. This could generate some buzz with fans and players that they might want to sign in the off season (such as Calderon) and make it worth it to them to drop in what could be a fairly weak draft, yet still get a pick.
Jazz currently sit at 17th in draft (theirs) and 24th (GSW). Moving up 5-10 spots might be enough to get them the PG they want. Jazz probably lose some ground in the playoff hunt, and maybe even drop out and into the lottery with this move. Would two picks in the low teens be enough to move up in the draft?
