Ugh. That bit with Craig Bolerjack asking Derek Harper about his "you go live in Utah" comments was very forced, uncomfortable and unconvincing.

yeah, i wasn't convinced by harper. it was funny that he said that he wished to have an opportunity to play for sloan and with stockton and karl. well, you did - you turned it down...

All I can say is Dirk is one great player.

damn, we miss so many opportunities. so many open shots and easy looks. the jazz play well, but that's the kind of stuff that will make a difference between winning and losing on the road. got to make some of those open shots and easy looks count.

***damn it marvin. make a shot. can't get better and more open looks than what he gets tonight and he can't hit it. it's like a CJ\bell type performance.

and we are making mike freakin' james look like an allstar. can't believe it.

The Jazz looked good in the first half, but not the second. Kanter is the only good thing for the Jazz tonight.

Burks should get more minutes.

You have to hand it to the Jazz for playing hard and comming back. I think we will fall below Dallas and Portland in the lottery. We play portland there and will probably lose that one. I still cheer for the Jazz.

Another Ty awful starting lineup, another loss.

The real depressing part about this is knowing he won't get fired at the end of the season and he'll continue to play whatever scrub vets the Jazz sign or re-sign.

Just watched the game. All I can say is either Ty is tanking or he's an idiot. The game was going back and forth until he decided to use the amazing lineup, consisting of Tinsley (who hadn't played a single minute), Foye, Marvin (who was ice cold), Favors (who wasn't really impacting the game) and Kanter. Jazz offense stalls, teams looks lost, Dallas opens up a 12 point lead and the game is out of reach.
Then again, even before that, the Jazz seemed ok just trading baskets. Maybe I think too highly of this team. Guess they're just not that good.

Here's my take on it. I enjoy sarcasm.

Also good things always happen when Burks, Carroll and Evans are on the floor. Why those 3 never get playing time while Foye and Marvin get it consistently time is just baffling.

They aren't vets, so therefore, they aren't good, because they aren't vets, and if they were good, they would be vets, because vets are good.

Alec Burks puts up 11 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 threes, 1 steal, ZERO turnovers and is a solid +9 in only 8:24 minutes.

Indeed. And the bit last night with Derek Harper where he an Boler basically agreed that we were struggling because we were a young team and didn't know what it took to win games, like playing defense and giving effort consistently was unbelievable. It's like they are supporting Corbin by blaming the young guys for this team, especially our starters, playing like crap.
If Ty is still our head coach next year and he keeps up this bull, Burks, Favors and Kanter will leave the Jazz as soon as they can. And with good reason.

Well, it's sure we're not gonna make playoffs.... so, I don't get it why we don't give all the minutes to the young fellas.
In fact, seems like we don't want to make playoffs... maybe they are scared the young guys can win some games.

We still have a chance, so I don't think we'll see the young guys getting big minutes until we are definitely eliminated. Funny thing is playing them more minutes would probably give us a better shot at making the playoffs.

I found it interesting that Bolerjack said the bench wasn't up to par last night. The bench didn't really get the usual minutes until the very end. Burks only had 8 mins. It seems they just try to make the team point without any concern for reality.
