Did Anyone Else Read Jennings' Comments?

Post#1 » by Inigo Montoya » Thu Mar 28, 2013 4:40 pm

what a douche.

seems like he thinks allstars and max players deserve special treatment and they get to do whatever they want and not be accountable.

and of course, he's trying his hardest to get a max contract. after reading his comments, i wonder what he'll do and how he'll act if he got maxed out...

can't believe anyone wants that guy for the jazz. :sigh:

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

well, given what he said about allstars and max players, would you be comfortable giving him a max contract? do you think he will act better? if he thinks max players are not being held accountable - do you want him to become a max player? how do you think he'll act then?

1) He's not deserving of a max contract
2) I think he would act exactly the same

And who knows, maybe he was saying that if they had an all-star it would be them and not the coach holding people accountable...

All-Stars are held to a different level and regard. He is simply stating how it is. I don't mind it all. I don't want him on the Jazz, but I think he is actually handling it better than a lot of NBA Divas would.

not necessarily. duncan, parker and manu aren't held to a different standard and aren't being treated differently. neither does rose, noah or boozer who routinely get benched in 4th quarters and is actually an allstar and a near max player. paul george is an allstar and he's being held accountable just like anyone else. i don't see KG not being held accountable either. i could go on and on.

jennings is a diva and he's been acting like that for years.
