Kinda gave up on Tarantino after Kill Bill. I used to enjoy his movies, but with time I got tired of them and felt that they are a style over substance sort of thing. Is it worth it to watch some of his latest movies? I know they are still considered to be good movies, but I kinda over it by now.

I didn't like the Hateful 8 because of the inappropriate language scene, it made my skin crawl but Django and the Inglorious Basterds were good.

I like it. It's practically the exact same show they were doing before in Top Gear. It was my favorite motoring show.

Pretty much, I just wish the Beeb were not a bunch of wankers and threatened to sue the boys from doing anything like Top Gear but that's okay, I couldn't watch that Chris Evans abomination. It's just nice they get to keep making shows.

The Grand Tour shows good potential, but they are still working out some pieces. It's not bad, but I fully expect it to get much better as they drop/replace/improve bits like the celebrity segment and the American.

I think the American could be funny if they chose another American, this is now more than a British motoring show, its the British invading America and trying to include the Americans in the fun. The celebrity segment is directly because the Beeb threatened to sue if they didn't drop the Grand Tour celebrity segment.

Just finished reading Mister B. Gone by Clive Barker. Loved it. But then again, I love anything Barker writes. I wonder what I should read next. Any recommendations? I thought about maybe trying The Shadow at the Bottom of the World by Thomas Ligotti.

I'm more interested in a balls-to-the-wall horror novel\short. I get enough spy-drama and international intrigue from watching the news.

If you're looking for a good Mexican style beer, Landshark is the bees knees.

I have been into David Baldacci books lately. You will love them if you like Griffin's stuff.
