So Jody will no longer be covering the Jazz which sucks because he was one of my favorite writers, so this is his appreciation thread, thanks Jody for being a great Jazz beat writer and represent the Jazz fan in all of us.

I like what Hikari said too. Jody has a way of keeping it real with his reporting but also keeping perspective. I liked how he trolled the trolls with his annoying jokes too.
He had/has a bunch of contacts inside the organization so you could rely on him to break/confirm important news. I hope his replacement can maintain those same relationships.
