Damn, after one season? That hardly ever happens to 1st round picks.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

I wonder what happened to his shooting and defense. He should at the very least have been an OK 3 and D combo.

Could be attitude issues.

I would love to snag Baldwin. I still think the kid is going to end up being a solid player in this league.

Soooooo LMA just got a 70 million dollar extension paying him like 22-23 million a year. What the hell are the Spurs doing? And is this an absolute horrible thing because of Favs plays well he thinks he deserves LMA money, or is it good because the Spurs are one of a few teams that I think were a real threat to go after Favs and now they are most likely off the market. I don't like LMA's game really. I'd rather have Favs despite the injuries.

I don’t know what the league wide perception is on LMA vs DF but I’d imagine a lot of people would value Aldridge higher. The people (like me) who are all high on Favors are a rather limited group.

LMA has a nice face up game that makes him a dude who will get you a bucket when times are tough. Those dudes carry a lotta weight. My boy Favs has never shown that ability with consistency.

I do not value LMA like others do. And the league is only going to keep moving away from his skillset. His defense is atrocious.

I'm sorry that happened to Hayward. My personal feelings toward him aside, I never want players to get injured.

Not the future Hayward was thinking about. God bless and best wishes on your recovery. Was horrible looking injury.

So many injuries on the very first night of the season, including with teams who are yet to play. Just...damn. :nonono:

Baldwin signed to two-way with Blazers after clearing waivers. Excellent pick-up terms. Maybe I'm missing something but throwing a lottery pick out of the house after one year is bizarre. I'd be furious as a fan without more info on why that made sense. Does he have personality problems? Either way, Blazers are taking a low risk and cost move on this one.

From what I'm hearing the main problems with Baldwin are attitude-related. He is very headstrong and non-coachable is what people give as a reason for him being released... this of course has resulted in no improvement in his game too.
