Rodney can’t make a shot hood then his man dunks on him on the other end. Every time.

At least burks plays defense and rebounds.

And then he's hit his last 3 shots. Maybe I should threaten his chances of a big contract more often.

WTF was Hood doing there? Almost gets an 8 second call on himself, then he waves off Mitchell for a contested 3? He missed by a mile. Come on man...

Hood entered the game about three minutes left. Jazz up 8. Jazz end up losing.

It was a fun game but we did not win. I like the close ones but I like to win. That was a terrible out of bounds play to end the game for the Jazz. Mitchell did not get a good shot.

OMG...awful awful coaching and game management. How the **** to draw a play running away from your own hoop with 5 seconds left?

That's laughable and embarrassing for Quin. That's the best you could come up with? Throwing the ball to the wrong side of the court with 5 seconds left? Unbelievable. That was almost as stupid as Hood's possession before.

After watching the last play again, it's even more stupid!!! We brought Hood and his defender to the ball to bring an instant double team on Mitchell. Awful...just awful. It's so terrible I just want to believe that the players messed up.

I'm just gonna go with it being a bad pass by Ingles...There's no way you can be dumb enough to plan that garbage.

I think we go 5-5 or 4-6 the rest of the month, definitely helps us to kind of tank, hoping Rudy is not back until mid February.

Yeah. With 5 seconds left we passed to Mitchell running to the opposite end of the floor. No time to do anything. Bad play call.

It's Mitchell's fault to an extent. Hood was WIDE OPEN when Johnson started shifting/cheating towards Mitchell. Like... noone 10 feet around him, when Johnson started leaning he should have passed it to Hood for the wide open shot. Rookie mistake, he will learn...

edit: Here:

At this moment Mitchell should pass it to Hood with 2.1 seconds on the clock. He has time to make the pass and for Hood to take the shot.

True, but when you have to change directions and run 60 feet I think your decision making process run and shoot.

The more I watch it, the more I think it was bad execution by Mitchell+Ingles on the inbound...but that's still an awful way to end the game. Especially with how ugly that Hood possession was the play before. Spo ran circles around us in the last two minutes with his sets. Quin had nothing good in store to counter.

It didn't look like Snyder drew that plan. It looked like Ingles didn't know how to get the ball inbounds and just threw it down court and Mitchell was left trying to create something out of nothing. It also looked like Hood should have come up to set a pick and create some space but he just ran away leaving 2 defenders on Mitchell.

Yeah, the initial pass was not designed to be like this... I'm almost 100% certain. They just had to improvise after the initial action was taken away.
