I put here an article about how Ricky and Donovan complement each other so good in offense and defense:

Nice article, Terrific breakdowns of plays that show how well these two work together. While they are tearing it up now, the future of this team is very bright!

NBA playoff MVPs: Ranking the 10 best players in Round 1

8. Ricky Rubio | G | Utah Jazz

Rubio isn't the best player on his team in a vacuum, as both Rudy Gobert (defense) and Donovan Mitchell (offense) are better in general and have each played well in the postseason.

However, Rubio is driving the Jazz in their matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder. He has taken on the task of facing off with reigning MVP Russell Westbrook, and through four games Rubio has gotten the better of him by box score stats and on-court impact. That impressive effort has been key for Utah controlling this series.

I've always thought Rubio played Westbrook well, always gets him on tilt with his defense, and even moreso now that he is hitting jumpers.

That one got praised during the broadcast so I don't use those. I only gif the great Ricky passes that nobody seems to notice.

We're gonna miss him next series. I hope he gets better soon. The offensive side of the ball fails without him calling the shots.
In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.

Is he out against the Rockets? I haven’t read that anywhere.

Not confirmed! I hope he gets better fast. He went straight to the locker room, and the decision to not come back was pretty quick.

Hopefully that was just precautionary, if it was a game 7, maybe he would’ve stayed

I can hope, but that was out last home game, and there seemed to be no discussion. Pretty clearly out for game 6. That usually carries over. He was huge in getting Westbrook to go off balance, and the offense needs him.

Best idea is to hold him out game 1 and see if he can play game 2.

This very much depens on what is exactly the problem. It could be that it was just hurting and can get fit for tomorrow.
It can be that some muscle or something was wrong an has finished the season.

The best idea is just to follow the doctors advice in alignment with the player and the coach.

If Bucks win his series then our fourth is at Monday but if Celtics win is at Sunday.

The plan is win one game in Houston and root for Ant@$&#?+%kuompo tonight.

This injury is a heart breaker. Rubio deserves to be healthy and playing in this series.

RR out at least 10 days. Could be back for Game 3.

Well that sucks... Need to have other players step up in his absence. Be ready for home games?

That's terrible news. On the one hand, Jazz were likely losing both games, but no Rubio pretty much guarantees no possible chance of an upset. Jazz will miss his defense, running the offense, leadership, hustle, and heart.

Just great. Another second round series where our point guard is sitting on the bench with injury.
