Well, see if Royce can slow down Luka in single coverage as a starting point.

Really looking forward to these next few games. See if our offense can hang with some of the top offenses. I wonder what our defensive plan for Luka if Royce gets in foul trouble

Perish the thought! But yes, Doncic gets a lot of calls. Royce has only fouled out twice this season --- once in overtime guarding red hot Ingram in a loss on the road at NO, and another time with 51 secs left, mostly guarding Ben Simmons in a loss on the road at Philly. Another time he got his fifth foul with 2 mins left guarding Kawhi on the road at LA, and Royce played some more of the remaining time. Those are the only three games Royce had five or more fouls. That's a pretty good record considering all the star players he guards. If Royce gets in to foul trouble guarding Doncic, I would guess Joe Ingles would be next in line to guard Doncic. Go Jazz!

I wonder if new Dallas player Willie Cauley-Stein will play this afternoon? My guess is he will make sure he is not ready to suit up for his new team. WCS has only averaged 3 ppg against the jazz this season on 25% shooting over four games. Gobert had him beat mentally and physically two days ago at GS to the point where you could literally see WCS hanging his head. If he plays this afternoon, though, he would mostly get backup action against Bradley. I think Bradley might be able to hang with WCS just by playing harder. Go Jazz!

Too bad about Powell. He's been a solid player in this league. Hope he is able to come back and continue with his career.

I'm curious to see how the Jazz handle Luke. Mostly I'd like to see great defense, and for the offense to continue dominate.

Jazz really need to win this game and not drop one right now, especially if they want to try and have 2 all stars. Or I just need them to hold onto 2nd for my own stress levels.

Low key...Luka is one of my least favorite players to watch. He bumps into players constantly and cries murder to the refs for fouls. Harden esque...

The Mavs are a 2-trick pony. They jack up 3s and they rebound. That's about it. I'll be disappointed if we lose this. We should be able to attack them in the paint.

Donovan doing that thing where he's trying to look cool instead of playing hard. Several mishaps on both ends. No effort to get loose balls.

The whole team is being dominated right now. But Donovan has been responsible for two horrible turnovers and 3-4 free baskets on defense. Just a horrible effort from him today.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Outside of Bogey the Jazz look sluggish and cold. On both ends.

Free points anytime Bradley is in the game. We'll be lucky to get a single stop when he's on the court with Doncic.

I hope the Jazz are just rusty and by the the time the second quarter rolls around they'll be better.

Otherwise this is about to get ugly for the Jazz.

And I hate watching Bradley on the floor. He's so bad defensively. The Jazz have got to upgrade him for the playoffs.

Tony Bradley may be 21, but he has extremely low potential. He has no chance of being a playoff player ever. I'm sorry, but he's too slow, unathletic, and low BBIQ to ever not be a liability. I don't care what he can do when the other team happens to have a terrible C or doesn't attack him. He has no chance of helping this team in the playoffs.
