Best game Jeff Green has had all year.

Harden gets away with the travel and an offensive foul, plus no calls on players holding Rudy and hitting Conley in the paint. Watching Houston is so frustrating, the force refs to make a ton of decisions.

Well, this is dissapointing. Houston is no joke.

Now it's a blowout. Tired of watching this soft team stumble over themselves. The only thing we've put effort into is crying to the refs.

At this point, it is best we tank and try to get the 6th seed. We aren't nearly good enough to get into the 2nd or 3rd seed. This team doesn't care about competing anyways.

Bad play by Bogey, should be a flagrant.

Figured out how to score again too late.

Also I can't believe I saw Jeff Green fight for a rebound.

Nice of Mitchell to show up from his extra long break.

You're underestimating him. He's playing D and passing as well. Completely out-performing Mitchell lately.

Bogeys lack of hustle and care should have him on the bench. Quin is far too comfortable with his starters and doesn't treat them equally with his bench, I understand having faith in your best players but at some point they need to held accountable.

Don't think we can expect that long-term. But if it does happen, watch out. I'm extremely pleased by him. Would love to move Conley so we can just roll with Mitchell-Clarkson (aka the new Lillard-McCollum). I'd love if we could grab Tobias Harris.

Also, Houston's shooting is nuts. This game should be a bit closer, but our poor play in the third doomed us.

I like the CJ/Dame analogy. Honestly, JC should be starting. Clearly he isn't yet fully in the "Jazz system" but I'm taking him over Bogey right now. How about a bench unit of Conley, Bogey, Ingles and whoever?

Why the **** are we targeting Harden on defense. He sucks in the PnR but they no longer have to worry about that since they switch everything.

Honestly we need to do something other than PnR against Houston. We seemed to adjust a bit in the 4th quarter, but it was too late. We ran a bunch of stagger screens that forced Houston to make tough decisions and they made a lot of reads wrong.

Rudy also shouldn't be coming to the perimeter that often against Houston if he isn't slipping any screens. It's too predictable.

Starters 4-21 on threes. More or less the game right there. But it was the little things that could have given us a better shot at winning that really cost us, like allowing Westbrook to dribble into his midrange jumpers uncontested all game which he converts at a far better rate than what when he is slightly contested and double teaming Harden only to do it half arsed and give their role players a wide open shot. We looked like a team that was unprepared for the changes we made to counter the way Houston played.

He's slipping them, but HOU knows what they're doing. They switch and they know that the Jazz won't ever try to pass it to him...making the whole thing a useless action.

Honestly, if the Jazz shoot non-terrible from 3 it would have been a good offensive performance.

6 rebounds from Gobert.
5 from 15 - Mike Conley. Well, he can make 4 more shots and it would be a tie game.
But hey, we can still wait for a BETTER MIKE! Hope dies last...

Agreed. And let’s put Joe Ingles on the bench next to him.
