As of 9:30am, Favors and DM are listed as Toss Up grey color category.

We beat the Nuggets by four points a couple of weeks ago. A striking thing about that game was Denver's 52-36 rebounding advantage, including a 23-7 advantage on orb. We can't let that happen again. Go Jazz!

Like the Rotowire color classification you showed in another post. Wish the colors were reversed in this one with Jazz as green and Nuggets as grey, but, this is just makes this game a bigger test if DF and/or DM can't go. I'd rather they sit and get back to better health for the long haul and playoffs rather than come back early for this game. Even better opportunity for the bench and younger players to get some time against a team that has high seeded playoff aspirations. Having them back won't matter for the Jazz if they continue to shoot and defend like they have of late!

There is good breaking news. Rotowire just upgraded Favors and DM to "Likely" light green color category, the same as Jamal Murray. There is still one better category available, that of "Very Likely" dark green color, but players usually play when they are in the Likely category. Go Jazz!

Jokic is a talent, but his strength as an outside shooting big exploits one of the biggest Jazz weaknesses.

You aren't going to win many games when a team shoots like that for a half.

Only positive from this disaster of a game is that Bogey played well again......

Honestly I'm not reading too much into a loss. What can you do when a team goes nuclear? I think it may be some motivation to improve when they were feeling a bit invincible, and having Bogey play well two games in a row is nice.

Even if our defense was a bit soft, no way does a team shoot like that. Like, not even the Spurs or Warriors at their best back in the day.

The big question moving forward here is how are the Jazz going to respond. Sometimes after a long ride of success the Jazz lose a game and then kind of struggle getting back into the groove. Really interested to see how the next 5 games go.

I completely agree with you...... My comment about "disaster" was really more of a joke...... Although I really didn't understand the defensive scheme the Jazz rolled out against Jokic......

Usually a game like this will bring out the doom and gloom/fire everybody crowd. Good to see that for once, nobody overreacted to a disappointing loss such as this.

And I completely agree, that sometimes you just gotta tip your hat to a team that was absolutely on fire. I expect Utah to have even more games like this the longer they are on/ near the top of the standings. NBA teams tend to come ready to play when they know they are in for a tough game. Utah will have targets on their back as long as they keep up what they've been doing.
