Seems like almost every time Hayward need to play in SLC there is some sort of reason for him missing that game.

It's the regular season. A win is a win is fine. As long as we don't suffer any injuries and win the game, it's job done and move on to the next one. We're aiming much higher than caring about style points in regular season wins.
