The Suns had our number in recent matchups. We are currently 0-2 against them this season and were 0-3 against them last season. We still have on more game after this one to play against them this season.

PGs Paul and Payne are out, but tradeline acquistion Aaron Holiday (GTD) has been on fire in limited minutes in his first four games with the Suns, shooting 77.8% from the field and 75% from three. And the Suns still have Elfrid Payton as their number four PG. Booker can also pass the ball. He had 12 assists two games ago in a win over OKC.

If the playoffs started today, Phoenix would be our second round opponent. We've got to show some fight playing against them. Imo, we need Mitchell and Conley to win the Pts, Rebs and Ast total battle over Booker and Holiday (or Payton) to get the win. Go Jazz!

We played with a depleted roster and we did not bad at all vs them. I hope that without cp3, and with them being confortably at 1st place with a great difference may will help.

Our starter unit is sucking. They did vs Dallas and they are doing tonight.

Gobert seems lost. Hoping for a better 2nd half.

I’m just going to point out that we play much better without Ingles.

Jazz played almost no defense for 3 quarters...... And yet the Suns gifted us this one......

Just finished watching the game. House is continuing to bring some good energy as well as knock down an occasional wide open three. Good win.

And good decision by quinn not benching him.

This is something we have to do more. If hassan, clarkson, house or whatever is having a strong game, let them finish.

I was watching the live broadcast (typically I DVR and watch without commercials) and there was no talk a out Royce not being on the court at crunch time, so I was a bit concerned that maybe he was hurt. Really glad to learn that it was a coaching decision and players bought in to having the most effective combo on the court rather than just the norm. House was terrific on Booker, so maybe he is the wing defender we have all been languishing for all season...

I like how Bogey is starting to be involved more in the PNR and has adopted the ball fake from Ingles. Now in order for it to become as effective, he will need to pass a few times!

Read comments that Conley was lobbying for JC to remain on the floor as he was tearing it up, Gobert was happy for Whiteside to get extra time due to his strong showing. This is good and hopefully will continue. This is where fit and chemistry potentially pay a huge part of the teams success.

Another good development imo is that Quinn played a ten man rotation the last four games instead of a nine man rotation, something I've been calling for. That way at least two of House, Forrest, Paschall, Butler, Dok, Naw and Hernangomez can get meaningful, double digit minute development time every game. In addition, ten man versus nine man can provide the starters a bit more rest down the stretch of the season. I hope Quin keeps doing it.

These kinds of things are also why the Clippers have overperformed so consistently even with injuries.
