Conley should be sitting out for Vet rest based on the recent seasons.
We are still going to win though.

This is the real trap game of the season. Beating playoff teams? Easy. Beating a tanking team? A real challange.

Here is the "tanking" team I'd thought we have.

Poor Eric Gordon stuck on the Rockets.

Fontecchio's shooting was a bright spot. He has a nice quick release on three point attempts and shoots the ball with confidence. I wish the team had found him another 3pa in the last three minutes of the game.

The Italian let it fly. Pretty cool to see him step up

We have to try to deffend better. They were scoring pretty easy.
Tht is pretty disappoint for me. I think Fontecchio sould gain his minutes.
Maybe hardy tried to manage the back to back, but he did some strange movements.
This game was really winnable, and we let it go.

In the bright side, wolves and cavs still have a worse record than us.

The jazz were rolling this season, but lost to a bad Rockets team. Are the Jazz considered pretenders now or is it too soon to say?

This game is all part of the masterplan. Now the Rockets own the tie breaker when the season ends, this loss will help get a few extra balls into the mix for the Jazz...
Glass half full logic.

Can't complain.
*The team still played hard, even on the end of a back-to-back with an OT game the night before. (And they did try to win... as they should.)
*As we all know, losing to the lowly (tanking) Rockets helps with draft positioning, even on the heels of a hot start.
*Fontecchio! ... I've been praising him ever since they signed him, and love what we got to see last night. I hope this opens up more minutes for him. We can afford a little less Gay (and THT), to give the young man an opportunity.

That was a quality loss.
It was clear the Jazz were tired and didn't have their legs under them to start the game, which was not a good one. But they still fought and tried to win, and Hardy finally gave Fontecchio meaningful minutes, which he repaid by showing he's a lethal shooter. Hopefully, he'll get more minutes. I also liked THT's defense again. Too much Clarkson hero ball in the end of the game to my liking, but I can't argue with the results

.

Agreed with seeing Fontecchio, I actually have enjoyed watching Rudy, I think he is showing more of a mentoring and a This is how it should be done attitude to the younger guys so far. THT, has been really bad, I am not a fan of his bully ball, forget I have team mates approach. That is who I would sit in favor of Font!
