Somehow I don't think we're going to lose this one.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

We should win it.
Good check if Hardy can adjust and don't let Rockets to score inside at will.

No matter the outcome, it's a win/win situation for the Jazz.

I feel a little dirty hoping that the Jazz will lose to the Rockets again.

Can we give Agbaji some burn? Why is Hardy in love with THT?

This is the most foulfest game I've ever watched.

Re: Game 5: Utah Jazz (3-1) vs Houston Rockets (1-3)
Looks we are a good team, this is one of those UGLY games that we would of surely lose in the past, but we weathered th storm, after being up like 17 and they within one possession in the 4th. No Sexton in the second half, tons of foul trouble, but grinded this one out.
I love Vanderbilt, but man if he can only learn to finish and have more self control, snd be able to avoid silly fouls.
This seemed like a perfect game to give Agbaji a few minutes without Sexton in the second half and Conley in foul trouble.
Kessler really dissappeared the past two games, crazy considering he played well the first 3 games against elite centers.

Yes, no damn flow in this game. This was definitely the hardest game to watch of the first 5, atleast we pulled out the win.JazzyPhinz wrote:This is the most foulfest game I've ever watched.

Re: Game 5: Utah Jazz (3-1) vs Houston Rockets (1-3)
My thoughts:
1. Olynyk couldn't buy a basket in this game, he had an awful game in terms of scoring and missed a lot of easy shots. He couldn't even hit free throws. He did contribute in other areas but I think he'll want to forget this one. It must have been a frustrating game for him.
2. THT was very good. I really like his defense.
3. Vanderbilt is a walking foul waiting to happen, but you have to let him be what he is, otherwise we're risking taking away his aggressiveness.
4. Markkanen will make the All-Star team this season.
5. We're too good to tank, dammit.

Re: Game 5: Utah Jazz (3-1) vs Houston Rockets (1-3)
The games was ugly as hell... I think altough we're winning and that, we are better than we have showed last games.
WE played much better the first 3 games than last 2.
Probably we're gonna be 50% after our next 3 games @nuggets, Grizzlies, grizzlies... or maybe we will steal one.
I have watched the game... but I didn't notice what happened with sexton. Is he injured?
Thank you.

He suffered a left oblique contusion.

Markannen had a couple of impressive, aggressive dunks.

If Sexton is out, I'd like to see NAW get another opportunity to play. He's a better passer and defender than Sexton imo, and maybe he will start hitting some of his shots.
