Another important game for the tank.
Sexton is out
Kessler and Clarkson are listed as game-time decision.

I think we are all for the tank right now.
And with 15 or so game to go, is fine. It's a pity, because some of those guys deserve more, as they have fought, but it's the best for the Jazz.

It's hard to discern where Orlando is in terms of the remainder of the season. Right now, they are within striking distance of the Jazz overtaking them for a worse record and this game will be important in the race to the mid-bottom (No chance of getting into the overall worst wemby sweepstakes). 4 games separate them, so a loss improves the chances of a higher lottery pick. With how they played Dallas, this one might prove to be tough one to lose. Can't believe I'm even thinking that way!

Pretty good first half for THT: 14 pts on 11 fga, 3 ast, 1 stl and just 1 tov.

Dunn played the entire fourth quarter, and unlike the Dallas game, where Dunn didn't even touch the ball on numerous offensive possessions in Q4, this game he was heavily involved, scoring 10 points on 6 fga, along with 3 rebs, 2 steals and 1 ast. The Jazz moved the ball much better in Q4 than they did in the Dallas game.
THT joined Dunn in the backcourt in Q4 with 5:07 left in the game and continued to move the ball well, logging a key assist to Markkanen with 10 secs left in the game that put the Jazz up 127-124. We will have to fire THT from his job as tank commander if he continues to play this well. Lol.

THT and Fontecchio had good games. It was probably Fontecchio's best game to date.
Dunn continues to be good.
Markkanen was also good but even before the trade the Jazz made he was in a shooting slump from 3, and after the trade he's getting worse looks and he might not end the season with a 50%FG and 40%3PT numbers, which would suck.
As for the Magic, Banchero showed up in the 4th but most game Wagner was more impressive.

If I'm not mistaken, all 3 of Kessler's blocks came in the first 3 minutes of the game. Crazy.

Yep. At that point I thought was going to end up with 10 blocks.

You can count me out of that bandwagon.

Lol, yeah. He's obviously been reading the stuff written about him after the previous game.

Haliburton's 19 AST is a gd impressive statline.
