The Official 2025 Draft Night Thread
The time is upon us.
This thread is made for us to discuss the actual draft as it happens, pick by pick, and will be opened before the draft starts.
Usually either Woj (no longer relevant) or Shams Charania reveal the picks before they happen on twitter/X but since that site now requires registration I think a bunch of us will be 'blind' until the picks are actually made. If you know of any alternatives feel free to share.
See you on draft night!

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

If the Jazz take Fears, I'm prepared to burn Austin Ainge (in effigy).
"When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world...
... NO, YOU MOVE."
... NO, YOU MOVE."

I will not be happy if they draft Fears at 5.

Like I said in the other thread, hoping for Tre Johnson at #5. No idea what they are thinking if it goes Flagg/Harper/Edgecomb/Johnson 1-4. It would be the second time in 2 months 1-4 doesn't go the way I want it to!

Agreed. I really didn't think the Jazz would get it because lets be honest 14% is a small number, but the fact that three teams jumped from 7 or above is still insane....

Something will have to be done with the glut of Fox, Castle and Harper. They won't all be Spurs for long. Now the draft really starts.

If his attitude is 100% then I am okay, great upside.
