The time is upon us. Excited to see what Ace Bailey and WCJ can do.

Channeling Dan Roberts... "How 'bout this Jazz?"

Brice's shot is so pretty.

Keyonte has been as effective on defense as I have this game. Just another spectator.

I will be absolutely ecstatic if I'm wrong about Ace Bailey being the most likely top-5 bust in this year's draft.

The defense and rebounding tonight was so bad it overshadowed the 20 turnovers.

Really liked what I saw from Ace and Brice though

Yes. I'm still reserving judgment, but again, I'll be thrilled if I've been wrong about him.

I was never worried about him being a bust and thought he could've went as high as 2nd pick. Kid can score from anywhere and is built to play defense. win win. Like what I seen from Taylor and Brice and our vet center Nurk. Biggest weakness I seen tonight was the PG play. Our point needs to play at a much higher level on both sides of the ball. I can see where couple more bigs hitting 3s would've helped open up for better guard play. Laura and Flip would've been nice addition. Defense in the middle Walker would've been nice. from what I seen today I'd take the over on jazz winning over 20 games this year. going to be fun watching these kids learn how to play together. I can see Ace being the main guy before year end. That good. Jazz win over 30 games Ace gets 25 8 3 he'll stand great chance at ROTY.

I liked what I saw from Bailey, who lived up to his nickname of Ace Baller. He was good and looked like he'll live in the mid-range, he's got a great touch.

The Sensei was also very good, he's made himself into an amazing shooter. Dude is automatic.

Hendricks was fine but I don't like that he didn't score from anywhere that wasn't behind the 3pt line.

George was fine, I guess. Statistically he had a very good night but I just didn't feel his presence all that much. Maybe it's just me.

WCJ and Williams were pretty bad, not a good showing for them.

Nurkic will be a good backup C. We should trade him ASAP.

I liked Harkless' defense, I hope the Jazz keep him.

I wouldn't be opposed to keeping Love. Everyone could learn from him and if he's willing to stay and mentor the young guys then I'd be happy to keep him.

As for Svi and Anderson, every minute they played feels like a waste. There is no reason Svi should take 24 minutes and 11 shots from the young players. They should be moved posthaste.

Here’s my over reactions:

Hendricks looked great, especially for his first game back.

Ace reminds me of a young Jason Tatum,

Bryce should be starting.

Let’s trade everyone else.

As much as people say that they don't want to see these new vets on the court, I don't think that's universally true. Nurkic in one night looked like the best passer the Jazz have had since Conley left. He knew his role, looked to facilitate for the young players (particularly Bailey), and was a solid mature presence. I definitely have doubts about him that haven't been fully answered and I don't want him starting or playing more than about 15 minutes on any given night, but if this is the Nurk that Utah will get for the rest of the season there's value to this iteration of the Jazz beyond what he might return in a trade. Better to have vets who can help with development than to rely on a bunch of floundering rookies and sophomores to simply figure it out by themselves.

Just saw that he was named the PA announcer for U of U men's basketball. Good get by them.

I think they played Svi so that everyone was playing in the role they'd likely be in if Lauri played. I doubt we see him much in the RS.

Probably a good way for him to still do what he likes with much less work involved. Less than half the games as announcing for the NBA.
