The reason the Jazz are winning less on the road this year than last year is they lack veteran leadership. Young teams like the Jazz do not win on the road. See the Blazers they have the same problem. Last year, Fisher provided us with some veteran leadership we dont now have. So the Jazz need to play it out win a series or two in the playoffs and then get out with some more experience. This team is too young to win it all.

Let's sign Ostertag. He's been to the finals twice, loads of playoffs series, is a 7'2 body to play back-up center, and understands Jerry. Let's start a "Sign 'Tag" campaign!!

Of course we don't have veteran leadership. But I think we have two players that can provide some veteran leadership in Andrei and Harpring. Obviously Booze and D-Will are showing no signs. I thought we were fine before the All-Star Break. But obviously this team forget how to win while they were out on vacation, during the All-Star Break kinda killed the momemtum we had going.

NO WAY SHERLOCK HOLMES!

We are the 2nd youngest team in the NBA, I would have never figured out we don't have much veteran leadership.

Even then, we are more solid than Portland, and we were in the Western Conference finals last year. I think we do have some very young veteran players, and remember last year we were literally the comeback kids making many comebacks. Our players have been through these situations and they have the experience to do it.

However, most noticeably, the Korver hasn't been lighting it up.

Veteran leadership is overrated unless the talent is there to go with it.

Ak is not and will never be a leader.

Harpring could be, but its too dificult when you re not even a starter and play sparingly minutes a game.

We are in trouble here.

He is out to Boston unfortunately.. I would like to have an Alien in our team, but you know what Utah and the conservatives think about aliens.

Hey, if you play an "approved" sport for one of the major "approved" teams it's alright to be an Alien. You can be green or purple, maybe yellow or brown or (gasp!) even black. Just don't try to :cuddle the bishop's daughter.

Cassell is going to be in and out of any lineup so often it can only be a negative. Being injured all the time is not the making of a leader. Price is doing okay, just get me a defensive minded backup center. Call up Fesenko and start giving him minutes. We need a big body that doesn't wear argyle sweater-vests to parties. Deron and/or Booze will grow into the leadership role.
