I'd rather have Brent Barry.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

I'd rather have Bill Russell ca. 1962.

The Suns used to be my second favorite team ... then they get Shaq! and now Giri! Awful, just awful decisions by Steve Kerr. Why didn't they just keep Kurt Thomas and the 2 first round picks they gave Seattle. Why? Why?

Really, if Giricek is the answer I think they are asking the wrong question.

I no longer fear the Suns. Bring em on, in a series the Jazz will absolutely KILL THEM.

Yeah, I like(d) the Suns as well. I've been totally the opposite of impressed with Kerr's work so far.

BUT...

Not much of a set offense for Giri to screw up.
+
Very little defense to be played.
+
Free reign for players to jack up shots galore.
=
As good a fit for Giri as there is.

Giri might just kick some ass in PHX. Perfect fit.

I am cracking so much... OC Jazzfan is right too... The only thing is that with a 8 man rotation... Gluck getting in.. I don't even know how can Phoenix waste their time.

You know, Phoenix might be just right for Giri...all he has to do is sit outside the three point line and get kick backs from nash and on fast breaks, they wouldn't need him to dribble.

OH HOLD ON, my bad, the suns don't have fast breaks anymore.

Him and Raja Bell will have flashbacks about fighting for playing time while on the Jazz. Hopefully the Suns will implode.

That would be great for us if he goes to PHX.

I hope he does sign... it is sounding heavily like he will.
