Giricek goes for 27, hits the game winner over the Jazz.

Gira played real well for them the other night. 11 pts 4-8. Not bad for a first game.

The Suns are a real good litmus test against the Jazz. They have more talent than the Warriors, but still play a offensive game. Jerry's Kid's are defined by their defense, yet are naturally inclined to score on the offense. This is THE game, a game on the road, a game against a real contender, a game against a team that runs a beautiful offense. They don't have to win, they just really need to show heart against a team that they should beat on the road.

I don't know if it is the oppositions rise or fall that causes this Hekyl and Jyde personality, but there is no perfect time than against the Suns who are the most easily comprehended team in the leauge. I wish they would bring up Fes. Fes could go up against 62% Sun Shaq and get a nice off season steam going.

The people in the Suns board are crying out loud cause they think they are gonna lose with like 20 turnovers +... If they are right, this should be a chance to get the team morale up to win on the road, or just another blistering dissapointing loss by the Jazz.

If we do win this one, we pull ahead of the suns record-wise.

That would be pretty big. I expect Houston to drop below us, and giving us homecourt in the first. Honestly though the first round should be a breeze vs any of the following teams: Dallas, Phoenix, GS, Houston, or Denver.

I agree... I say that, but they sound really really pessimistic... we sound blissful compared to them.

I like the CJ pic.

I'm predicting another road loss with Chuck laughing behind his 6 TO travels. Another Barbosa missed game deciding layup?

I hope we get to see Big Fess tonight.

Loss tonight. It never felt so good to see Chuck in another uniform ruining the team.

Nothing is automatic on the road, especially with this team. We lost of the timberwolves.......the worst team in the league, so for me to predict that the jazz win this game is reaching. I think we keep it close, but we lose. As far as I am concerned Road games=loss

I am mostly interested in how Memo will bring it. Lately he has been attacking the rim and it has worked wonders for our offense and his game. I would like to see him continue playing this way... but I think Shaq might force him more outside. Memo gets scared pretty easily and falls in love with chucking up 20-25 footers. Memo should keep pounding it in and attack the hoop early, then work it outside as time goes on. Get Shaq in foul trouble.

We win this game if three things happen:

1. Memo scores +15
2. Boozer stays out of foul trouble
3. Suns commit more turnovers than the Jazz

If those three things don't happen, I don't see us winning. But, I predict they do happen... and we win 112-105.

I got a good feeling about this one.

Jazz by 12.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

If Memo goes inside, I think he can O'Neal in foul trouble.

Do want to get O'Neal in foul trouble?

We should win this one.

A must win game for the Jazz.

Deron with 30 assists.
