Curious way to secure your game thread... but valid!

Well, if we lose tonight our win yesterday will don't count nothing.
They are a team with losing record, with limited inside presence and now without Jason Kidd...
The worst thing is they are like Clippers, Wolves or Bulls... and we lost vs them.

I have no idea what Jazz team will show up today. No clue. You would think they would show up and win versus a bad team, especially since Gasol is out and LA and Houston have a difficult stretch of games ahead and there is a CHANCE that the Jazz could tie or take over first soon. You would hope the Boston loss actually means something and they can build off of it, but with losses to the Clippers, Wolves, and Bulls recently, I can't make any guarantees. This team is just freaky. You know you're a fan of a crazy team when you're more comfortable playing elite teams then bad teams.

I'm hoping for a win, but I wouldn't be shocked if we lost to tell you the truth. I bet most of you are in the same boat as me too.

I think the Jazz know this is also an important game, and that they are 2 games outside the top of the Western conference and that they must capitalize right now for it.

I think that we've got this game in the bag. Yes, we're on a back-to-back game, and yes, we're bad on the road, but I think that with last nights win against the Celtics, being on the road isn't even gonna matter tonight. As for the back to back situation, the Jazz have had plenty of rest because the flight was just from Boston to New Jersey.

GO JAZZ!!!

Back to back on the road against a bad team?

Jazz are probably gonna lose.

This is going to be a tough game. They have speed and athleticism and nothing to lose.

The only thing that worries me tonight is that New Jersey is a crappy team, and we usually lose to crappy teams on the road.

Exactly. Plus coming off the high of beating Boston in Boston. Very easy for them to come in and play soft.

The Jazz are not a team that often allows teams to beat them when they have had the lead through three quarters, though they have done it quite a few times themselves, still the Jazz are a much better team when they are offensively and defensively active from the get go, so hopefully the Jazz can be within double digits by the half, and then they'll come out strong in then they'll close the game as usual. If they dig a big hole, then it'll just be a really tough game considering their road woes. Either way, with road wins at Phoenix and Boston, and an overall 4-1 record in their last 5 road games, I think Utah is starting to grow confident on the road.

Guys... here is some brain juice to digest...

44-23 record
*16-20 road record
**10-8 road record against playoff
**6-12 road record against non-playoff

6-12 against non-playoff teams, One of them is Memphis and also Toronto two versus seattle. But the knicks, bobcats, heat, t-wolves, blazers, hawks, etc. They all keep raping us on the road. But I am confident that they will show up as real men.

Does anybody else smell a road blowout loss?

Nenad Krstic is out of the game with upper respiratory infection.
