I don't know how to say this with a straight face, but this one is so in the pockets that I don't even see the reason why to make a thread to mock anyone and/or glorify someone. Rather, indulge your vision. I am going offbeat and this game thread has gone sexy.

I thought you were going to have guys for sure.

I also find it a bit strange that you have turned these Jazz players into sex symbols, maybe you like the Jazz a bit too much if the players remind you of these ladies.

Anyways, I do agree that this one is so in the bank that Deron and Boozer might as well not even play. For some reason the Raptors just don't ever threaten the Jazz.

Jazz by at least 12, probably closer to 20 though.

Coming off a loss to the Nets, coming back home after a four game win streak, Jazz have this one in the bag.

Raptors fan here. No Bosh = No chance for us.

With Bosh - Jazz by 10
Without Bosh - Jazz by maybe 40

Sigh.

Nah, I am just giving the numbers, and also something good to look at.

None of them bare resemblance unless of name, or race with the players.

And yes, I mean Rasho Nesterovic vs. Boozer, Okur vs. Bargnani... a very cold kapono.

Really the only player I am afraid of is Jose Calderon.

Even then, it is a big mismatch for them. Our team is very versatile and Raptors nor any fast paced team seems to get any dominance out of us (with the exception of the nets).

Hi guys. I guess I'm the new member to this forum. I have been a Jazz fan for a very long time. I grew up in Spokane, Washington so I'm a natural Stockton Fan.

I think this will be a win for the Jazz. Jazz is dominating at home. Finally we don't have to go on the road. :D

You got it! It is indeed a joke, as in I am mostly joking. He is a jazzman, and I still love my weekly doze of Booze. However one can't deny that his defense has been so grotesque and any player who chooses to challenge the Jazz in the paint gets rewarded by having a career night. Just ask Kleiza and Boone.

If he finally stops being lame on defense for a good stretch, he will starting getting love from me.

I think I'd rather do the Raptors. Why do we have a bunch of tennis players and anorexic models, and they've got all the delicious Hollywood chicks?

Anyhow, I give this game thread a big thumbs up.

Jazz by 92.

Thank you for the props. I think Anne V and Adriana Lima would beat anyone any day of the week. Of course, when you have Mariah Carey, Beyonce Knowles, and Jennifer Love-Hewitt it kinda makes you hesitate.

I expect Boozer to have a great night, and Rasho Nesterovic to have his career night on monday.

While I have no illusions that the Raptors are favorites to win this game (or that it's likely we'll keep it under a 10-point margin of victory), I have to question why you believe Kapono will be cold.

Yes, he shot 10/19 last night but he's actually a very consistent shooter and a very dangerous shooting weapon on any given night. More to the point, him shooting almost 53% is actually not a big event given how many shots he took beneath the arc and that he's a 50%+ 3P shooter on the season.

I'd expect, if anything, Kapono to have a solid night (nothing like 26 points again, of course) and that it'll be the rest of the Raptors who struggle. I can see Ford trying to be overaggressive, likewise Delfino, Moon struggling because the Jazz won't be letting him get to the rim, etc.

But I really don't think predicting that Kapono will be cold on account of him having a very good performance is a wise idea. It might happen, but simply predicting that he'll be cold does not really follow the player well.

I expect this to be a long and very ugly game for us, though, because we'll be relying heavily on Ford and Calderon and I don't think we're really up to dealing with Boozer or Deron, nevermind both... and Utah's own little Kapono knock-off, etc.

The Raptors are a very good 3 point shooting team and the Jazz have problems defending the 3 point line. I actually think the Jazz win this one, but if the Raps are hot from downtown, we might be in trouble.
