3 losses to playoff teams, 6 losses to lotto teams. Ouch.
(On the other hand, we swept 5 of the 8 playoff teams, and nobody swept us.)
Interesting stats, FJS, thanks for putting this together!

Likewise for Utah in Boston. Only west team to win in the Boston Garden.

FJS... Comparto el sentimiento. Estos anos estamos mas cerca, solo consistencia en defensa, y el trofeo sera nuestro pronto. Esta barrera mental sera la que no separara de los equipos mediocres y la gloria entera.

If we make the finals, we've got the ship in our hands. The hard part is making it.

Wow , you seriously underrate the Celtics.
Even if we reach the Finals (and i don't think we willl this year) we will probably be very tired, Boston on the other hand has just one difficult series in the Easter Conference (Detroit).
They have the best defense in the league and a good crowd. Yes we won a regular season game but that doesn't mean **** in the playoffs , i can't see us winning a game over there.

Estoy de acuerdo! Con experiencia podemos superar esta barrera

I'm sorry, but for this Jazz team, it means the world that they beat them in their place. Since they have such a terrible road record, it will give them the confidence they will need to go into beantown and win at least 1. Everyone says the regular season means nothing, well I don't agree with that statement at all. This Jazz team could very easily have sealed their fate with the bad road losses this year during the regular season, I hope I'm wrong, but it could be true.

As insanely frustrating as the losses to the terrible teams are, if I had to choose, I'd prefer beating the good teams and losing to the bad ones. If you look at the Spurs -- at least I THINK it's the Spurs -- they're only like .500 against playoff teams, I think. That ain't a good sign for them.
